Frank was excellent in scheduling my appointment when I needed it. When I arrived, he was friendly and attentive. He kept me informed on the status of my vehicle while I was there and even offered me water needed it. When I arrived, he was friendly and attentive. You can't trust them to tell you if something is under warranty. I was told my key fob was covered and waited almost 3 months for the key. Then they just admitted they messed up and that it wasn't actuall warranty. I was told my key fob was covered and waited almost 3 months for the key. Then they just admitted they messed up and that it wasn't actually covered. I'm going to complain on every site I can about this awful place.
