Giannis was courteous, informative, and make a whim into a reality for me, as I walk out that day purchasing an amazing X3 BMW vehicle totally excited about the experience I had just go through, thanks to Giannis’ expert handling of this journey. Within 24 hours, Giannis secured the exact vehicle I was looking for, had it prepared and in my possession the very next day. He also arranged for the return and disposition of my current vehicle that was coming off lease. True professionalism and dedication to his profession is best how I can describe my experience with him.
