Julie was a pleasure to speak with as we discussed my budget and even the finance manager was thorough and transparent regarding warranties and the best options for me. I drove 6 hours round trip to get my new car from Honda of Lake City & it was an absolutely incredible experience. I had a very nice experience with those who dealt with me at the dealership, having always own Ford, I was not sure, but I honestly can say that I was treated with respect, patience, and kindness. Since for ever, i have only heard car sales people having had a bad reputation, my reason for being scared, which I was it's a very big deal very big purchase, so it was scary to me but it was a very good experience, and they were very understanding I don't mind being redundant. One of the best dealerships I’ve been in an extremely long time.Communication was amazing with them,they were beyond professional and understanding.I wasn’t pushed at all on this purchase,Like you expect long time.Communication was amazing with them,they were beyond professional and understanding.I wasn’t pushed at all on this purchase,Like you expect from some places .There main and sole concern was that I was happy with the outcome.I had asked a few few requests from the start and they were honored a 100 percent.I was addressed with yes Sir /No sir from the sales man .Which by itself showed a ton of respect to me ,that goes an extremely long ways.There warranty on all of there vehicles was great to have.I’ll definitely be referring friends to make that couple hour drive out to lake city .
