After talking with Aaron, our amazing sales rep and Sal our awesome sales manager, we decided to purchase a 2024 Tundra limited. Our newly purchased truck had a hiccup and needed to be repaired. We were not comfortable with having a new vehicle that needed to be repaired already so we informed the dealership that we would like to figure out our options to swap it out. We had the pleasure of dealing with Ashur the sales desk manager and Trevor another sales rep when we decided to swap out our truck for another one. Not only was Ashur able to get us out of our unfortunately situation with the current truck but he was able to put us into an even better truck that we are beyond happy with. We couldn't be more thankful with what we ended with. Ashur, Trevor, Sal, Aaron, Ben, German and Allen were beyond amazing. They really made sure that we were well taken care of and we had everything that we needed. I would highly recommend if you're looking at purchasing a Toyota or a used vehicle go in and talking to any of these gentlemen that I have named. Sam was great! I had reserved my dream truck through Toyota SmartPath. When they received my truck he contacted and informed me of the availability. Gave me the tim I had reserved my dream truck through Toyota SmartPath. When they received my truck he contacted and informed me of the availability. Gave me the time slot to come in to go over sale and documentation. Upon arrival he helped me to my truck and we took it for a spin after obtaining my driver's license. Came straight back and right into the office to review documentation. After a few clarifications between the Modesto team and I with the SmartPath pricing, I was then able to sign my next 5 years of life away! They fully cleaned the truck and we were on our way home. Thank you Sam and Modesto Toyota! Best car sales experience so far. More
