Great experience, saw the exact car we wanted Alex and Jason were both great to work with, we found the car we wanted at a price lower than the other dealers at Avon. They let us take it to get inspected at our mechanic then serviced the car to address the small items we found at the mechanic. They helped us every way they could and after the sale was completed still addressed an issue with us to resolve an important matter. More

Always the best service when I come I have bought 2 cars from Avon Auto Brokers so far within the 3 months of each other. Everyone in the dealership made sure that it was a smooth transition from Alex helping to pick out another car and Jason helping with getting me approved for another loan on such a time constraint even when the bank was making it a hard transition. Tom was also very helpful in the shop with any complaints that I had thereafter from an oil change to the tire. I have referred friends to Avon Auto Brokers who are also very satisfied with their purchase. Overall I would recommend Avon Auto Brokers as they offer excellent service and know how to treat their customers More

Unprofessional This is the worst company to deal with. My husband and I decided to purchase a vehicle from this location on a Saturday. The salesman and us agreed to This is the worst company to deal with. My husband and I decided to purchase a vehicle from this location on a Saturday. The salesman and us agreed to a price for a vehicle, we filled out the credit application and began the purchase process. By this time, it was almost 5 PM and the banks were closed therefore we had to have our credit pulled on Monday. The company ran our credit, then called my husband letting him know that they gave us the wrong price for the vehicle and what the payment will be with the new price. When my husband pressed further regarding the price change, they couldn't decide which vehicle was quoted. The vehicle was for sale for $19,995 and they left it at $17,995. They said that the owner decided that he didn't want to sell the car for the $17,995 and they wouldn't negotiate the price. Mind you, this is after they had already ran our credit. I find this to be very unprofessional and would not recommend this location to anyone. They don't respect agreements and trust is key in this industry. If I could give them a negative, then I would. STAY AWAY!!! More

There's zero pressure or attitude. What you will find is a group of pleasant, courteous and extremely helpful individuals willing to spend whatever time is necessary for you to meet your perfect four wheel friend. One of the biggest worries when it comes to purchasing a higher end vehicle has to be the quality and cost of service and repairs. Their knowledge,extensive experience and willingness to listen is wortby of your respect. When I found the Mercedes that I wanted; I opted for a 3rd party 2nd appraisal. I brought it to Chuck, a service manager at Mercedes of Hannover. Their four hour evaluation brought up a number of things that needed to be addressed and a few "it would be nice if they would" items. When I returned to Avon Auto Brokers to share the news, the immediate response was, we'll get on it immediately (ALL of it) and have it ready in less than two days. AAB also offers a maintenance package that covers virtually everything that encourages you to have work done by a reputable MB dealer. Our sales assistant Alex did a phenomenal job of guiding us.
