Purchased used car 8/24/13. On the way home check engine light came on. Got in touch with dealer. Was told someone would call me, no one ever called. I live 2 hours away. Didn't know what to do so took the light came on. Got in touch with dealer. Was told someone would call me, no one ever called. I live 2 hours away. Didn't know what to do so took the car to the Ford dealer. It is now on its second trip to the garage. As of now the Ford mechanics drove it more then me. It is upsetting they were very nice when I was buying the car.The dealership is big and a miscommunication happened. As of this time not sure if I would ever go back or not. More

Well at 1st I got correspondence through the mail. It stated that I might save money on a new trade in. Jenna gave me good news through the internet chat and rose my interest,and set up an appointment. U stated that I might save money on a new trade in. Upon my arrival I didn't have to wait long at all,someone approached me before I got in the front door. I met a man who looked very familiar,he introduced himself as George Z. He was straight up and knew my intentions after I explaned. I wanted to save money on my 2012 leased vehicle. George led me to a brand new Rav 4 which met my expectations. I know I will get the service at Toyota of Scranton because of the last 2 years dealing with the dealership. Great job to all and thank you !! See you soon. More

Excellent service, from the moment we first arrived on the lot. Never felt pressured into buying the vehicle, very relaxed and informative. Gave us great info on prices, trade in and options. The entire buying experience was completely different than any of my past car purchases. Every employee that we came in contact with was extremely helpful and willing to answer any and all questions tha than any of my past car purchases. At no time did we feel pressured to make a quick buying decision which seems to be common practice at other car dealerships. Great place, great employees and a great experience! More
