A couple have been delivered to other states and he still helped program their navigation and helped set up the bluetooth, etc. so, nothing was lost to the distance! I would never consider using anyone else! More

I recently purchased a new 2013 A5 from George Rangelov. I live in California, and Crown Audi was one of only 3 dealers in the country with the specific color combo I was looking for. His professionalism, pleasant attitude and quick response to all my needs made my car buying experience a pleasure. George was able to get me the price I wanted, as well as working out an additional factory incentive which I would not have received if not for George's pro-active actions. He made buying the car from out of state a turn-key, streamlined, and stress-less process. He even arranged the shipping from FL to CA, at a lower price than I could find. The car arrived on schedule and in perfect condition. After-sale follow up was also appreciated by George. It is refreshing to know that there are still professionals in the car business who care about me as a customer and do what they say they're going to do. George was my sales rep and he worked very hard to find me the color and options I wanted in my new Audi. He kept me updated on the progress of my car and when I should receive it. I was able to pick it up just a couple of days past my birthday which I thought was awesome!! When I arrived at the dealer.....there was a huge bow on the hood of my car which made my day!!! The whole process of buying the car went very smooth and quick with no hidden costs...George was very honest and up front with me from the beginning. He then gave me an overview of how everything works in the car and I was on my way. I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson :) More

After looking at Lexus and BMW, we looked at Audi, I emailed on Tuesday and got an immediate response. Without evening seeing the car in person we put down a deposit and went up to Clearwater on Sat. Drove the car and then 45 mins later we drove home in our new car. George was so pleasant and easy to work with. It would be a waste to even have gone to another dealer. He even set up all the memory settings and blue tooth and gave us a tutorial of the vehicle. 2 weeks later I called to ask him questions and he was just as helpful as if we had not bought the car already (mind you this was at 7:45pm). Definetly will be back to buy another car when the time is ready !!!!!!!! Thanks so much George !!! More

After purchasing over 20 new cars in my life from Chevy to Nissan to Porsche this by far was the best experience. Audi has been my dream car since I turned 16 years old. When my parents were finally ready to buy me a car they didn't want to get me an Audi because it was too much for my first car. However I convinced them to take me to the dealership. I didn't do the really convincing though, George did. He walked my dad step-by-step through the process of picking out the right car for me with the right packages in it and I couldn't be happier with my new Audi A4. He is a top of the class sales man. Every step of the way he reassured us and answered all of questions while getting us the best deal. I am very thankful of Crown Audi and George for the amazing birthday gift I was able to get. :) More

First of all let me say that I have never before bought a vehicle from an online vendor so this was a new experience for me. I must say that the overall experience was very positive. George Rangelov was an e vehicle from an online vendor so this was a new experience for me. I must say that the overall experience was very positive. George Rangelov was an exceptional salesperson through the entire process being very responsive through all stages of the deal both during the initial purchase process and then with the follow up issue I had. He picked me up at the airport, ensured the car was ready when promised and made the entire experience quite enjoyable. Although there was an issue with the wheel alignment on the vehicle, both George and Crown made sure I was compensated for the subsequent work that was needed to correct the problem. It is this follow up from Crown to ensure I was happy with my purchase that showed that Crown Audi is a first class organization. On balance, I would highly recommend both George and Crown if you are looking to buy a vehicle. More
