I bought a car from George and I must say he made the whole experience stress free. He took the time to listen to all of our needs and then presented us with the vehicle that we ended up purchasing. Easiest car deal I have ever done. From the time I walk in to the time I walked out took less than two hours. Got an excellent vehicle, great deal on my trade in. I can,t say enough about my positive experience at michaud mitsubishi. I was in the market for a white used jeep cherokee with heated seats and a moonroof with low miles. Well this family owned deale michaud mitsubishi. I was in the market for a white used jeep cherokee with heated seats and a moonroof with low miles. Well this family owned dealership with an amazing staff helped this process happen. From my initial call to the dealership, to the sales department, finance department and service department the exceptional staff was professional, knowledgeable and so helpful making sure that my experience was positive, quick and easy. The customer service was exceptional! In my car buying process I went to another dealership first and my experience there was quite the opposite . Thank you George, John , Bill and Mr and Mrs Michaud who were also at the dealership working away on a Sunday afternoon at their family business! I chose a 2017 Outlander, but you would never know it wasn,t brand new The group took care of all the paperwork from financing, at a great rate I might add, to taking care of the registry paperwork and prepping the car so I could leave with it that very day.
