Drove 1hr to this dealership to test drive a lincoln navigator. During the test drive I noticed that the transmission was slipping and told the salesperson that I was still interested, assuming that the navigator. During the test drive I noticed that the transmission was slipping and told the salesperson that I was still interested, assuming that they fixed the issue. I was assured by the manager & the sales person that they don't sell cars that are unsafe and that they would let me know when the repairs were made so I could come back and look at it. I received a phone call the following evening saying that they believed it was an ignition coil and that they were working on repairing it. I waited 2 days before calling them back only to find out that they sold the vehicle the previous day. 1 star for customer service - I have no idea if they fixed the car and sold it as a lemon to someone else or if they just plain forgot that they had a customer waiting to purchase the vehicle. More

George was great to work with and knowledgeable. The price and overall experience were good because there seemed to be some issues with the interent published price and the intial offer. In the end though, we did end up at the internet price so it worked out, but took a little longer. More
