I was in the market for a particular, pre-owned vehicle. I found it at Hyundai of St. Augustine. My inquiry was responded to by George Affleje. George was quick to respond to all of my inquiries and provided all the information necessary to make my decision. The online and telephone support was only surpassed when I met George in person. I drove to beautiful St. Augustine, inspected the vehicle, exchanged the keys for the trade-in, received the keys for the newly purchased vehicle, paid the difference and I was happily on my way. George's easy approach, excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of the industry and the vehicle, all made my decision and the process much easier. I was comfortable with my decision and had confidence in the sales team, the financial team and the dealership. More

My wife and I did a lot of searching on the internet prior to visiting dealerships. We made this selection based on mileage and pricing. We believe we received a very good deal given the mileage on the prior to visiting dealerships. We made this selection based on mileage and pricing. George was great. He could not have been more pleasant and easy to work with. I would recommend him to friends who are looking for a car. More

My daughter was looking for her first car and we had been searching the internet and called a few dealerships, after stopping by a dealership on Phillips hwy, and having a time consuming, unpleasant experien searching the internet and called a few dealerships, after stopping by a dealership on Phillips hwy, and having a time consuming, unpleasant experience, we were ready to quit searching that day, but then I called Hyundai of st. Augustine and spoke with George. George was so pleasant and answered all my questions. We quickly decided to drive down to St. Augustine. When we arrived, George was with a client so "Bird" took fantastic care of us. Bird showed us all of our options, even took us on a test drive in the pouring rain, he was such a good sport. Everything was so easy, including the financing. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had (and I have a benz in the driveway). There was no pressure and my 21 year old daughter was very happy with her decision to purchase her accent. I have recommended the dealership to others. In fact, about two months after we bought my daughter's car, I happen to run into a friend of mine who was stranded at a Walgreens because her car had taken its last breath. I told her how great the dealership was, and how easy the financing was, she text me later that day to say she had purchased a car from you and she was so excited. More

George Aflleje worked with me first with emails and second by calling me. I got a hold of Jack in finance. He helped find a bank that would give me a loan with very bad credit. My wife and I make over second by calling me. I got a hold of Jack in finance. He helped find a bank that would give me a loan with very bad credit. My wife and I make over 60K a year but with bad credit no other dealership would call back or email back. They gave us a good deal on a great auto. I visited all the Hyundai dealers within a 100 mile radius looking for a good used Hyundai Genesis for a reasonable price and this dealership was miles ahead of all of them. It takes a no pressure no nonsense approach to selling cars and that was very appreciated. Other dealerships sure could learn a lesson about selling cars from these guys.
