It was time for my mother to move on from her old SUV, but she had strong emotional connections to it, so she was reluctant. Tim Colbert was incredibly nice and never once put one ounce of pressure on her but she had strong emotional connections to it, so she was reluctant. Tim Colbert was incredibly nice and never once put one ounce of pressure on her while looking at CRVs. He made sure she was comfortable with all the controls, and professionally answered every question she had. He even took us for a ride to another lot so she could see other colors in person before deciding. The entire process from test drive through signing papers was a breath of fresh air compared to most of my dealership experiences, which I’ve had a lot of because I buy and trade in vehicles way too often. I know all the “tricks” and half-truths and broken promises, and none of that happened here. From the Internet communications staff, to the sales staff, to the management team, they all truly seem to care more about having comfortable and satisfied customers than they do selling vehicles. Many other dealers I’ve bought from have seemed to have the attitude that, “This guy will probably never be back here so let’s get all we can out of him on this one sale!” but Silko seems to really understand that a comfortable and satisfied customer will likely be a repeat one. More

Bought a new CRV I was in the market for a new vehicle and had my eye on the CRV. I had test driven the vehicle the week before and decided to purchase. Tim was fant I was in the market for a new vehicle and had my eye on the CRV. I had test driven the vehicle the week before and decided to purchase. Tim was fantastic. He guided me through the process and provided a great price. I had an issue with my older vehicle and they worked with me and the insurance company to get me out of that one and into the CRV in a timely manner. Melissa handled the finance and did so in a no pressure way. This is the second Honda I have purchased from Silko and would not consider purchasing anywhere else. More
