About one week after we received our car I had an appointment over zoom with Betsy Taylor, Love Encore from Falcone. She went over everything in the car that I had questions on and more. Very helpful and great timing, was able to absorb much more than at time of purchase. Betsy was very patient, thorough and made sure I understood what she was showing me, which I appreciated. I think this is a great program, definitely worth doing! Falcone is wonderful and I recommend purchasing your Subaru from them. More

Once the car I ordered arrived at the dealership, Gene and other management at Falcone went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Also, working through the financing office was the most straightforward of any dealership I have used in the past. No pushing extra packages and no dealer fees (as advertised). If we buy another Subaru in the future it will be at Falcone with Gene. More

I was extremely impressed and helped by Betsy’s “class”! She was very patient and didn’t seem to mind my many questions! I did test drive multiple models. He listened to what I was interested in and what I needed. I am now driving an Outback and love it. He is authentic and someone I would recommend. Falcone is the only Subaru dealer I would consider buying from. More
