Long time customer left disappointed Turned in my lease today and had a horrible experience. I have leased from this location for 6 years and always had great interactions with the sales Turned in my lease today and had a horrible experience. I have leased from this location for 6 years and always had great interactions with the sales associates. After making several attempts to schedule an appotment for the return and never receiving a call back, I brought my car in on a Saturday. My only day off. I was told that the returns were only processed on the weeekdays. I asked the receptionist to speak with a manager and he approached us with hostile energy immediately. Manager, Gene Furrugio, needs a course in anger management and also customer service. He took a situation with a frustrated customer and escalated the situation with his negative energy. Instead of taking us to his office to assist us in a private setting and in a calm manner, he stood in the lobby and basically shouted at me all of the reasons that he could not assist me with the return. He also said that he couldn't guarantee we wouldn't be penalized. He then stormed off and had an associate process the return! After all of that, they processed it anyway. Totally different experience when you're turning in your car than when you are renewing a lease. More
