Because the dealership only receives administration fees from GM for sale as I purchase under the Family First program. I've endured minimal if any help from other dealerships!! however Ryan Ayotte treated us like he/dealership were profiting. Our experience with Gavin Lawrence (Finance Manager) was pleasant. Gavin was far from pushy with warranty items and definitely listened to our needs when it came to what we wanted out of our warranties. I recommend 100% Liz & Matt More

Purchased my 5th new vehicle from Sherwood Park Chevy and they as usual were great to deal with and I will be coming back. I've boughten a lot of vehicles in my lifetime and this was the worst experience I've ever had. I went on the list for a new corvette about 2 years ago and my car has finally arrived. Which I was completel was the worst experience I've ever had. I went on the list for a new corvette about 2 years ago and my car has finally arrived. Which I was completely okay with as I know they can't show up over night. However it showed up damaged. They smashed up the rocker when pulling it off of the trailer. So they thought fixing it would be better than replacing even after we had talked about replacing the rocker panel. How did they fix it? With BONDO. Brand new 100k car has bondo on it. The General Manager thought it would help me cope with it if they told me that 20 cars before mine showed up here were all wrecked as well (including his). I talked to the General Manager and he said he couldn't help me out with pricing or fixing the damage correctly because he can sell my car for 50k more tomorrow to someone else. But what he could do is order me another car. Great! That sounds awesome right. No…...he said when my next one shows up I must trade the car in on the new one(hoping the new one is not damaged) and there won't be any price guarantee on the trade value of my current one. So whatever we offer you is all you will get. (Take it or leave it) Firstly he told me he is giving me the opportunity to drive a car around all summer for free. Then later said it's going to cost me some money. Which one is it? Or you keep your damaged car. I expressed to him that me losing money on something they did is not fair and I would like them to do something as simple as throw in some floor mats and a car cover. And again he refused. I just want to let everyone know that these guys are and have admitted to me that majority of their corvettes are coming in damaged and they are repairing them with bondo and selling them as is for 30-50k over MSRP and not telling anyone about it. They told me there is no car fax or paper trail of the damage and all repairs are paid for via cash. So as we had talked about in our conversation that if he didn't help me out I would write out a review. Well, here it is. Unacceptable customer service, I am truly disgusted with how unprofessional the General Manager was. If you're looking for a brand new over priced damaged & repaired vehicle this is your place! The week I took delivery of my damaged car my girlfriend got in a car accident and was looking for a new one. I never in a million years thought of bringing her into this dealership. All they want is people to back out of corvettes so they can sell for a larger profit, they clearly don't care about anyone waiting on the list for 2 years or returning customers! Second after I had took delivery of my new car having it in my garage for a week and a half they called me and told me I don't have financing for my vehicle as the bank they processed with will not finance me. So the vehicle is sitting in my possession for a week and half with no financing. And my only option is to sign at a different bank for 1 percent interest higher. Absolutely disgusted with this dealership. And it was by far the worst vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. As I said above they let me know that the last 20 corvettes they have gotten in had the exact same damage as mine and were repaired the same way. They don't disclose this when the original orderer backs out. If what they are telling me is true, your Corvette you’re purchasing there is damaged and repaired too. More

Mike Tait is a amazing saleman and a great guy to deal with he is friendly, helpful, did amazing at getting me the truck i wanted. Everyone I've had the pleasure of dealing with were amazing. From April in the Quick lube bay, very speedy, and friendly. To Ryan in service very knowledgeable and an awesome fellow to deal with & will be doing all the services there. Logan the sales manager is also a amazing guys, hooked me up with a loaner truck till mine came in. Gavin in finance is a great guy, really friendly, easy to work with. Brendan who assisted with the walk through on delivery day, did amazing. Over all everyone I've come into contact there did above & beyond. And I've has over 200 vehicles in my life. Only 3 of which were brand new. And all but 3 were GM vehicles. When it's time for another vehicle purchase, they will be seeing me there again. Great bunch makes you feel at home there. More

I can't say enough in regards to the superior business that was provided, in every aspect of my experience with this dealership! Which by the way, they were so accomodating and generous, the costs ro travel that direction were covered by them!! Purchasing a vehicle in general can be a stressful and intimidating event, but thanks to the honest, caring and helpful nature of Ethan Marsden, it was an easy breezy, hassle-free transaction that had me feeling totally confident and satisfied with my vehicle purchase. Rana and Gavin in finance were so awesome to work with, super friendly and proper..(not a wordthat comes to mind when talking about a car dealership. Hands down I would recommend Sherwood Park Chev to anyone, near or far.
