They negotiated a fair price and delivered on it, which meant alot to me. Gary went the extra mile to instruct my teenage son on the tech gizmos and gadgets and made sure we were comfortable and satisfied every step of the way, including summoning a service/body person to expertly remedy a minor superficial imperfection. I highly recommend this salesperson and dealership for a no stress car purchasing experience. More

We would still be driving the 2007 Honda pilot if it wasn’t for the FedEx truck that put an end to our relationship with it. Gary Meyer made sure that he understood what our needs were and found just the right vehicle for us. That was the Honda Fit. We test drove other cars but the Honda Fit was the right fit for us. Gary explained all the safety features that we were concerned about and had us test drive the cars so we would get the feel of the vehicle. When we decided on the FIT he took the time to show us how the settings worked, where everything was and how to use them. We are very happy with our choice. Badly trained technicians I bought my car there to be serviced for tires and their technicians broke off a lug nut (probably from over torquing it) and broke the wheel stud and I bought my car there to be serviced for tires and their technicians broke off a lug nut (probably from over torquing it) and broke the wheel stud and wheel bearing. After a few days of going back and forth, they said that even though it was their mistake, but I was going to pay for it or i'd have to drive to another shop with only 4 of the 5 lug nuts and a bad wheel stud. After nearly 2 weeks. they finally got it "fixed". Their alignment was half assed because my steering wheel was still crooked. But i just wanted to leave as they may have made things worse by trying to take more of my money. As i was looking at their lot to pass time, not to buy, their sales person would not understand that i was just there to look at cars and not buy. he insisted i buy a new model Si. When I told him i couldn't, he told me to just do it and not worry about payments. Gary from IA Honda of Sheboygan. Stay away from this dump!!!!!!!! More
