I am a proud father of 2 college kids. My son is at the Naval Academy and my daughter at UCIrvine. I also have a beautiful wife of 24 years. I love to hike,(we have done the Grand Canyon several times) and travel with my family whenever possible. I have been with Honda for 19 years and have the Gold Master Elite for 13 of those years, as well as the Individual Top Volume Sales for Honda's Zone 10. As the Fleet Director, I pride myself on following through from the start to the finish. Being at Right Honda for the past 13 years has shown me that taking care of a customer comes back two fold.

Easiest New Car Buying Experience We've Ever Had!!! Having purchased vehicles over the years I can comment on how going to the dealer has always been a dreaded event,. When forced, we did it. Now after several ( a lot) of purchases by us, and our friends we recommended to go there, we are convinced that this is the dealership to go to. Fast and Easy! I am a millennial so I obviously wanted to do all of my negotiating for my new lease via email. A lot of the other people that contacted me kept telli I am a millennial so I obviously wanted to do all of my negotiating for my new lease via email. A lot of the other people that contacted me kept telling me to come in and we would do it in person even after I asked to talk over email. When Gary Kravetz contacted me I assumed it would be the same scenario but I asked Gary to work with me via email anyways....and to my surprise and pleasure he didn't hesitate at all. He sent me all of my options and answered all of my questions very quickly (literally within minutes). We picked out my new car over the internet- he had all of my paper work ready for me when I got there. He showed me the new features of my new Accord, I signed my new lease, and I was in and out in 30 mins. It was AMAZING. I was dreading going in because it is always a hour plus ordeal, but this was amazing it was like the Amazon Prime of car buying. Will 100% go back to see Gary (and by go back I mean email and then go in) when my current lease is up! WOOhoooo so easy, I can't believe I put it off for 3 months! More

Far exceeded my expectations - zero pressure!! I was dreading the new car buying process, but Right Honda made the process so low stress. When I showed up the first time the Sales rep, Steve, just I was dreading the new car buying process, but Right Honda made the process so low stress. When I showed up the first time the Sales rep, Steve, just let me test drive the car I was looking to drive, then he answered all the questions I had, and while he did tell me the rough estimate for purchase price (after I asked) and trade in value, he never once asked me if I was interested in buying. It was so refreshing not to have a salesman pushing a vehicle! After I left my first in person experience, the fleet director, Gary, followed up with me via email and was able to provide specific information on the vehicle I was looking at. He broke everything down, so there would be no surprises when we showed up to purchase the vehicle. We just showed up to sign the preset papers, moved stuff from our old car, and were off the lot with new vehicle in less than an hour (and that includes the salesman showing off all the features of the new car)! It was also very refreshing that they didn't push any "add-on" warranties or vehicle coverage items. It was just come in, sign the paperwork we previously agreed upon, and drive away in your new car! I will never buy another Honda from any other dealership!! Best in the state, without question. More

Fabulous Service and a Great Sales Approach My wife and I stopped in on a Saturday to do some research on a new Pilot and a new Toyota Highlander. We started at Right Honda. Daniel B. helped us My wife and I stopped in on a Saturday to do some research on a new Pilot and a new Toyota Highlander. We started at Right Honda. Daniel B. helped us to go over the Honda and also had a Toyota Highlander brought over from their Toyota dealership while we test drove the Honda. We didn't decide that day. The dealer's sales approach was no pressure and very accommodating. Once we made our decision, I asked if Right Honda/Toyota would meet the price I'd received from another dealer for a new Highlander (from here Gary K. took over). Right Honda did so without hesitation. They gave me a very fair price for my trade-in and never tried to sell me unnecessary upgrades that I wasn't interested in. There were no surprises when I came in regarding fees or price and in fact, before I agreed to the deal, they sent me a detailed email outlining each and every charge. This is how car buying should be. I felt welcomed, cared for and came away feeling very happy with the deal. Thanks Right Honda! You guys made the experience truly enjoyable. More

Since I am a new young adult buying my first car, I had A LOT of questions about what Kind of car would be best for me, and about the papers that I was signing. Garry was very helpful in showing me what cars would best suit my lifestyle, also Garry helped guide me through the different papers that I was signing. Overall I had a wonderful experience while I was there, and would recommend anyone who is looking to buy a Honda to go to this location. More

Great time at dealer, poor communication on car delivery Had a great time while at the dealer (the complimentary water was very appreciated), the sales rep was very helpful and we got a good deal. I ended up purchasing a car that was going to come down from Kingman and was told it would be here the next day. I did not hear anything until the end of the next day, after I had called and left messages twice. At that point I was told it would be another 24-48 hours, so when the 48 hours was up (after many unreturned calls), I finally had to go back down to the dealership in person to see what was going on. I was promised that the car would be in the next day, which then turned into the day after that, and then the day after that. All in all it took about a week for the car to come in after initially being promised the next day. If I had been told at the beginning that it would take a week, or at least been given a good reason why the delivery kept getting pushed out, that would have been very helpful. Instead I left my name, number, and situation with probably 5 different people across the span of the week and no one could give me any information while all promising a callback. Very disappointed that it took several days to get someone with real information to discuss the situation, and even then the dates still got pushed. In the future I would still recommend the dealer but absolutely advise that they either leave the lot with the new car or go somewhere else. More

Buying Experience Horrific buying experience. We put a deposit for a new 2016 Hondo Pilot. The dealership never placed the order but continued to provide us with bogus Horrific buying experience. The dealership never placed the order but continued to provide us with bogus and untrue status updates. 6 weeks in we realized they had never place the order and received our deposit back without hassle but without an apology or atonement from those directly responsible. Gary listened patiently to our situation for which we are appreciative but the leadership at Right Hondo should take this situation very seriously. More
