Working with Rob(sales) is fine, showing and test driving went well. Negotiating with Rob did have the endless going back and forth but we did end up very close to our desired price. The tricky part was dea went well. Negotiating with Rob did have the endless going back and forth but we did end up very close to our desired price. The tricky part was dealing with Gary (finance). A very hectic atmosphere resulting in not even being sure we were buying at the agreed price (had to go back) to verify but Rob and a sales manager put up with it. A real helpful suggestion is when going from Rob the salesman to Gary the Finance you get a copy of the original price paper, which somehow disappears. Gary will try to sell all sorts of add-ons which may or may not be useful but you don't get the chance to add and subtract without giving you the look over to let you decide whether they all are justified for price increase of the car. The good news is Gary is meeting again to review the details, which is also good of them. I've been using Millennium for years. More

We spent THREE hours negotiating terms (monthly payment and the number of months) with the salesman. We had a price in our budget and couldn't pay more. The salesman would disappear to "talk" to the manage and the number of months) with the salesman. We had a price in our budget and couldn't pay more. The salesman would disappear to "talk" to the manager every 10 minutes. He refused to discuss APR with us. After we FINALLY agreed to the terms (subject to credit approval), we met with a second guy to finalize. If you looked up "used car salesman" in the dictionary his face would be next to it. He was a fast talker and kept saying he was going to "keep things simple." Meanwhile, it became apparent that we were falling victim to a bait and switch. The terms we spent HOURS negotiating were never on the table. Suddenly we were being told to sign on the dotted line for terms that were all COMPLETELY different (higher monthly payment, longer payment term and NO warranty). Fast talker tried to blame it on the fact that the initial offer was "subject to credit approval." However, he admitted that even with literally the highest credit rating (and we close) the originally negotiated terms were simply not on the table. In other words, their initial offer was a complete lie. When confronted they tried to ignore our questions and sell us on the new deal. They couldn't explain why the initial terms (which were in writing) were ever offered. Their answer? "I don't know." When we accused them of a "bait and switch" he shrugged and said, "I wouldn't call it that." But he certainly didn't deny it. COMPLETE waste of time and completely unethical. More

With my first child about two months from being born, I started to realize that my Corolla (which I also bought through Millennium) was not going to be big enough for my growing family. I walked in and wa started to realize that my Corolla (which I also bought through Millennium) was not going to be big enough for my growing family. I walked in and was greeted by Danielle, a salesperson that does not seem like a salesperson. In other words, she was friendly, hardworking, a great listener, and truly made me feel like I was #1. She was never pushy, never tried to upsell me, never made me feel uncomfortable. Millennium is lucky to have her. Danielle and I test drove a couple of cars and I began to fall in love with the Rav4. She began punching numbers and working out the best deal possible for me, emphasizing that she understood what bills would be like in just a few months for me. Eventually, I made my way to the Financial Service Manager, Gary. Gary and I sat down and he thoroughly explained everything and gave me a fantastic deal. He even stayed later than he orignally wanted for my wife to come to the dealership to test drive the car and make sure she was 100% satisfied. I can not say enough nice things about Millennium Toyota, and especially these two employees. Now I have a larger Toyota, a great service package, and the knowledge that Gary and Danielle will always have my business. More
