From the second I placed a foot on to their lot I was greeted with smiles and a warm welcome from many which immediately eased my thoughts of the possible 'horrible" car buying experience. Garrett Oxnaes was absolutely fabulous. He listened to my interests, wants, and limits. He was not at all pushy. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He seemed to care about really making sure I got the best for my money, and that I was happy and satisfied with my purchase. He went so far as to help me use/set up some of the features included in my new car; AND he equally shared in my excitement at the out come of them. This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership. I arrived at opening time and all sales associates were in a meeting. They called one of them out of the meeting to answer my questions dealership. I arrived at opening time and all sales associates were in a meeting. Garrett Oxnaes was the reason we chose our Mazda over Honda or Toyota. He was extremely imformative and ev en did a side by side comparison to other makes and models for us. Garrett was very low pressure and walked us through every step of the sale and even stayed after his shift was to end to complete the sale. Steve Wray was a delight to complete the financing process with! The entire staff was friendly and made us feel very comfortable. We have purchased several vehicles in our 20 year marriage and this was by far the best! I am already looking forward to 2017 when we come in and get our next new Mazda! More
