Buying from Hyman Brothers This was the best time I have ever had buying a car. The sales and finance departments were absolutely fantastic, but I must give a special shout o This was the best time I have ever had buying a car. The sales and finance departments were absolutely fantastic, but I must give a special shout out to GQ. He had the car we called about ready for us to look at in the front of the building, and it had been detailed to perfection. We test drove the car with GQ and he pointed out more bells and whistles and how they are used. He was very knowledgeable about the car. We had researched the MB E-Class and asked GQ questions about it-we were very pleased with the responses and product knowledge GQ has. He is very down to earth and pleasant to work with. We were offered every 3rd oil change for free, and free annual inspections by the company. We were aware of the no-haggle policy and it was not a problem. The car was reasonably priced and in pristine condition. It rides like a dream and we couldn’t be happier, both with the car and with the professional service we received from GQ. All in all it took under 2 hours from start to finish, and I wish all car-buying experiences could be like this one. Again, we love the car and are so happy with the sales experience. I have some vision loss, so I'm very specific about what I need out of a car in terms of size and visibility. G.Q. was incredibly patient and understanding as I tried to find a car that fit my needs. I never once felt pressure to make a decision, and he supported me in choosing a car that worked for me, even though it may not have been the most logical choice for the average buyer. He made what I thought would be a difficult and painful process as easy as possible. More

Gave an overview of finance options and advocated on our behalf to get the best price for our trade in. Jim Dameron put the finance info. together and was friendly and made us feel welcome. Great Dealership Purchased a 2013 Mercedes E350 for my wife's Christmas present. The sale was the easiest and quickest I ever experienced. They beat my pre-approved in Purchased a 2013 Mercedes E350 for my wife's Christmas present. The sale was the easiest and quickest I ever experienced. They beat my pre-approved interest rate and helped make the gift a total surprise by storing the car until I was ready to pick it up. A problem developed Sunday, Christmas day with her window switch that wasn't there when I had test drove the car previously. Took it back to them Monday, surprised they were even open Monday and they assured me they would take care of it. Their mechanic wanted me to leave it but I chose to have MB of Richmond diagnose and repair it. Being a non warranted problem, I asked Hyman if they would pay half the estimate? They chose to pay all the bill. That showed me they weren't out to stiff customers after the sale and made me feel better about how they do business. More
