Buying a new car is a terrifying experience for me and James Wilkerson knew intuitively how to help me navigate myself through the decision process. It actually took me several months to work up the nerve to commit to buying a new car. James was initially kind and helpful but graciously stepped back when I explained I didn't think I was ready to buy. Then he dropped a text to me a couple of months later, no pressure at all, and planted just the seed of thought I needed to make the leap. I absolutely love my new Forester and can't thank him enough for his patience. Customer service at Ferguson is exemplary. James took the time to review every technical feature on my new car and has kept in touch by text to reassure me that he is always ready to answer any questions I may have. It was the best experience I've ever had when buying a new car. I'm so very happy. More

Great experience working with the salesman, Chester. I was quickly greeted on the lot by a salesman, Chester, who identified himself and offered to help. I told him what I was looking for and he took me I was quickly greeted on the lot by a salesman, Chester, who identified himself and offered to help. I told him what I was looking for and he took me around showing me what was available. I never felt like I was being pushed to purchase a car, he pulled the autos I wanted to look at and let me look inside them and offered to let me drive the ines I was interested in. I ended up purchasing a 2017 outback. He was very helpful and had followed up with me several times since my purchase to see if everything is ok or if I e had any questions or if he can be if any help. More

I was gratrful to habe someone who knew what we were looking for and he didnt stop.until we were noth satisfied with our vehicles. I really enjoyed my shopping experience at Ferguson thanks to Kyle.
