Absolute pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend him - very honest, straightforward and communicated every aspect during the sale. I have been to other deaerships and gone through the run around; that did not exist here. Told upfront about the car(s), when, how, etc... Made it very easy from there. Highly recommended and BMW should retain him for as long as possible. More

The experience with Gabriel Hale and Rallye BMW was superb. They handled the tranaction smoothly and were terrific at customer service. They located the car that I wanted and were extermely fair on t superb. They handled the tranaction smoothly and were terrific at customer service. They located the car that I wanted and were extermely fair on the price. I dealt with other BMW dealerships on Long Island and one was downright second-rate and the other played games and kept telling me that the deal that Rallye offered could not be true. Anyway, I highly recommend on buying from Rallye and skipping the others. There is a reason that they have such a large dealership - they are great. More

Joel Sobin has now sold me two cars. This was the second. He is such a good, genuinely caring dealer that I actually sought him out after my wife bought a car from another unnamed dealer that ended second. He is such a good, genuinely caring dealer that I actually sought him out after my wife bought a car from another unnamed dealer that ended up being a less than spectacular experience. So there is a difference and not all dealers are the same. What makes Joel stand out is his honesty, his unabrasiveness and his gentle personality in that I never felt pressured or swayed. Yet, his suggestions were well needed in the past (ie. Road Hazard insurance) that ended up saving me thousands of dollars. I believe Joel did everything he could to get me the best deal for my 640 Grand Coupe. This included basically twisting my arm to get my butt down to the dealership on a Friday afternoon to do a test drive. This ended up saving me $1000 off the list price. Thank you Joel. I cannot give enough praise to him and highly recommend him as a well knowlegeable, experienced dealer that is definitely on your side. I will go to no one else from this point forward. Dr. Doug More
