Gabriel greeted me with his hand extended , a warm welcome and a great smile! I had my dog on a leash and we shared our stories about our dogs. Immediately i felt comfortable working with Gabriel. We had a lot of fun looking ar cars and I felt like I had known him all my life. While we were waiting for approval of my loan, we chatted and laughed about our daily lives. Taylor joined in sharing her stories with us too. I felt right at home and totally at ease. Thank you Gabriel for the over the top great customer service! Next I was transfered to Vern for a minor part order. Well at least we thought so, until the heat wave hit! Vern and I became BFF almost. He was so awesome and fun to deal with, a great sense of humor, professional and dedicated to keeping me posted on the part order! Thank you Vern! You are amazing! More
