The sale went extremely well and smoothly, as did the finance part. Everyone whom we met were friendly and professional. This was the easiest car purchase that I ever made. The one problem that occurred finance part. Everyone whom we met were friendly and professional. This was the easiest car purchase that I ever made. The one problem that occurred was pretty big, though: The dealer gave me the wrong car! The vin# on all my paperwork did not match my car, and it was not caught until a week later. No one checked the vin # on my car before I drove it off the lot.,The sales rep had to drive the correct car all the way out to my house in Windermere, and then drive the other one back to the dealer. Otherwise, everything else went very well. More
