I had a terrible experience with Chris Velez. I bought a used Mercedes Benz, he rushed to buy and added me into extended warranty suggesting to pay only $61 per month for 3 years which i accepted I bought a used Mercedes Benz, he rushed to buy and added me into extended warranty suggesting to pay only $61 per month for 3 years which i accepted but when i looked at my loan account, the amount roughly $4400 was added to my loan account. When i checked with him, he said, he need to talk to his finance dept about it. I had to go to him again on weekend, he could not explain well but i understood that extended warranty amount nicely added to my loan account and showed almost $4500. So, my car loan amount plus extended warranty came up to 35000 as i paid 5000 already. Bank charged interest on car loan amount and extended warranty amount too. This is ridiculous. At the end, i asked him to cancel my extended warranty and told me bluntly on my face to wait for 4-5 weeks to come back to my account. I ended up paying almost 1000 more on interest. I would suggest everyone to check your money when you deal with this guys. I am not going to this shop anytime and also will stop all my friends going to Hennessey store. BEWARE! More

Fred was great from the moment I first called to inquire about a used car, all the way till I drove off the lot. I'm a buyer from a different state and he made me feel as though I was right there in GA. He about a used car, all the way till I drove off the lot. I'm a buyer from a different state and he made me feel as though I was right there in GA. He kept me in the loop with everything that was happening with the car real time, he saw to it that the car was properly inspected and taken care of (Mercedes car so this was above and beyond), sent me videos of the car, the whole nine. I could not be happier with the service he provided. In addition the dealership was clean, everyone was nice, and everything was handled with transparency and professionalism. My expectations were high given that this was Porsche and the employees did not let me down. Thank you all very much! More
