Also, I really like that because of all the bells and whistles on the new cars this dealership has implemented a brief tutorial on the safety features so I would also like to thank “Papa “ Fred Crass for his pleasant and thoroughly review of all the safety features my new car has to offer. Fred Crass is outstanding! Fred Crass made this the least stressful purchase of a car that I have ever had. I came in for a used Prius and ended up with what I really wanted - Fred Crass made this the least stressful purchase of a car that I have ever had. I came in for a used Prius and ended up with what I really wanted - another Toyota Corolla LE. He didn't stress me out, just pointed out options. He was personable, never pushy and made me and Tim feel comfortable. I love my new car and I thank Fred for that. More
