I found the staff at Marino to be knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and the atmosphere very relaxed with no pressure. I received a fair trade value for my trade, received a decent price on the professional, courteous, and the atmosphere very relaxed with no pressure. I received a fair trade value for my trade, received a decent price on the vehicle and a great finance rate. The finance department made my experience easy and I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. My only negative comment might be, I would have liked them to take a little longer in detailing the vehicle before I accepted delivery (windows need to be cleaned better). The vehicle only came with a quarter tank of gas and I had expected a full tank upon delivery (something I failed to check the night I purchased it). But overall a good car buying experience. I have to say that my initial visit didn't go too well, (no need to bash anyone) but Karla saved the sale. I had been in contact with her prior to my visit to test drive a 2013 T & C. After I made my initial visit and left disgusted, I contacted her to let her know how upset I was. At the time of purchasing, we had a lot going on in our lives with caring for sick relatives, so my time & energy were precious. After explaining my situation to Karla, she contacted me quickly with the numbers and set up a point of contact for my husband & I to return to make the purchase. Truthfully, had it not been for Karla, I would have shopped elsewhere. When we returned to the showroom, we met with the Manager, Frank who introduced us to JC, who made the purchase smooth & simple. Thanks to Karla, JC & Frank. We look forward to dealing with you in the future. More
