Frank and john is very helpful. But in some dept, they are not well coordinated. Like when we go to the service center for zurich shield, they service center doesn’t have any idea t But in some dept, they are not well coordinated. I even went to the dealer and ask the person in charge if what i need to do before to go to the service center or what i need to bring. She said nothing, just go there. But when i got there, the service center is not aware of our appointment. More
