Was recommended to Planet Honda from a co-worker. He put me in touch with Eddie Amorin who listened to my needs with early termination of a lease. Eddie was extremely helpful and understood my needs. He told me that they could help me and had the exact vehicle with every option at a great rate. Eddie put me in touch with Frank Talarico who called me within minutes to set up everything prior to my visit. Two days later I was in the dealership where Frank was awaiting my visit at the door. My experience was cordial and non pressured. Everything we discussed on the phone was on paper with no differences of numbers. After signing a few papers I was brought over to the Finanace Dept. to meet with Margaret Cummings who was warm, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Frankie left "no stone unturned" when it came to answering questions about the vehicle, he had full knowledge and made sure I knew all my options for obtaining the vehicle. Walked into dealership knowing exactly what car I wanted to buy, the only thing that needed to be worked out was the financial end of the deal. However, as much as I thought I knew about the car in question to buy, the only thing that needed to be worked out was the financial end of the deal. However, as much as I thought I knew about the car in question, Frankie suggested I take the car for a ride, while explaining everything about the new options that were standard with the model I wanted. While discussing the financial end of it, Mark got involved to help both Frankie and I come up with a deal that Mark will see as reasonable and acceptable to all parties. Throughout all this talk, I felt that there was no pressure at all and that was a nice feeling. They even gave us plenty of private time to discuss among ourselves the financials. It is also worth mentioning the fact that even after the deal was signed, Frankie and Mark worked with us in granting us quirky requests that we asked for. Overall, it was a very nice experience purchasing a new car from this dealer and if you are reading this to select a dealership where to purchase your next Honda, go to this one and make sure you ask for Frankie Talarico and/or Mark Hernandez, you won't regret it.
