Our salesman was extremely courteous, respective, helpful, honest and easy to work with. We bought a car from him before and will refer him to many people. My daughter will be visiting him soon to helpful, honest and easy to work with. We bought a car from him before and will refer him to many people. My daughter will be visiting him soon to buy a car. He and the dealership is someone you can trust. I've been to many dealerships looking for a car this time, and was extremely disappointed and turned-off (to the point where you don't want to buy a car), but we didn't feel that way about Frank at Lester Glenn. We were very impressed with the immediate customer service we received. Our salesperson was great and very knowledgeable and professional giving us much needed assurance after our experience with ot service we received. He made us feel confident on our selection as we had switched from another BIG name auto manufacturer.
