I did not feel I got the attention I deserved at the competitors so when I arrived at Gaudin, with an appointment with Greg, I was a bit skeptical. It didn't take more than 1 minute for me to feel at ease, my wants/needs were heard and attended to immediately! I honestly felt like I was valued, understood, tended to and was made to feel like I was the priority with full attention. The other associates were just as friendly, encouraging and outstanding in their customer service. I have already recommended Gaudin Ford to friends and co-workers and will continue to promote their high standards in customer care as well as their product. I made a second visit to the dealership after the purchase of my new Mustang to pick up my paperwork for the DMV and Greg was readily available to assist me with a question I had about some of the electronics, he is an outstanding employee and I feel he certainly is an asset to the Gaudin family!! More

My experience at Gaudin was second to none! I had the unfortunate experience of totaling my car in an accident a few weeks prior to visiting Gaudin Ford. When any of the employees found out about this, i unfortunate experience of totaling my car in an accident a few weeks prior to visiting Gaudin Ford. When any of the employees found out about this, it became clear that their focus was on the human aspect of things, rather than just the "process" of selling me a car. I had done quite a bit of research, and knew what I was looking for going in. I had "built" a car through the Ford corporate site, and after submitting my information, April Edwards called me within 2 minutes. I was floored. She seemed genuinely interested in finding the vehicle that was right for me, and even offered to drive to my home to pick me up (since I was without a vehicle at the time). I wasn't able to go in that evening, so she set me up with Ed Wilson for a visit and test drive later in the week. Ed was very helpful, and never pushy. He helped me search the dealer inventory until we found the car I wanted, then worked with me to make it fit my budget. Ed specializes in people with less than perfect credit, and although my credit is decent, he was still more than helpful. He stayed late, past closing time, to make sure everything was handled and in order. He programed the "SYNC" system to work with my phone, and helped me answer any questions I had. He set up an appointment the following day to have the car detailed, the alarm system programmed and the tank topped off. Overall the experience was great, and I will definitely recommend Gaudin to anyone in the market for a new Ford vehicle in the future! More

Good dealer, good team, good car. This is my fourth Good dealer, good team, good car. This is my fourth new Mustang since the 2010 model year, and the third from Gaudin Ford. Last summer's team wa Good dealer, good team, good car. This is my fourth new Mustang since the 2010 model year, and the third from Gaudin Ford. Last summer's team was not nearly as helpful. No one even found the right Mustang to even try and write a buyers order (deal) on. I had to buy that Mustang elsewhere. They got it right this year, as they seem to being growing again, now in their new location. I plan to make Gaudin one of stops again next year during my annual summer new car buying experience. I went on-line to the Gaudin web-site to gain information about a specific vehicle. I entered my information and received a call within 5 minutes. It was Mike Wolf. Mike was very informative. He answered all my questions, researched the worth of my trade and called me back promptly. Arrived at the dealership on Saturday afternoon and received courteous and professional service from Mike. We found he car I wanted and he worked very hard to get to the price and monthly payment we had discusssed. I left that day with a new vehicle and the utmost respect for Mike and Gaudin Ford. Since then I have had a couple of opportunities to see and talk with Mike. He has gone above and beyond to make my experience very enjoyable. I would highly recommend Gaudin Ford to anyone wishing to purchase a vehicle. More
