I found the listing through USAA and called to verify the condition of the vehicle. I was forwarded to Frank who inspected the vehicle and described it in a manor that supported the 250 mile drive from Tall condition of the vehicle. Having dealt with several other dealerships before this one, I was very pleasantly surprised that the vehicle matched Frank's description and that the vehicle surpassed my expectations. It looked and drove as good as a new one and Frank had filled the tank and set it to the side because he thought I would be tired from the 500 mile round trip. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had....when the time comes to buy my daughter her first car, I will be calling Frank. More

We had a good experience. Very little haggling compared to previous car-buying experiences. We left at the price we wanted to pay and with the car we wanted to have. Frank Lovett was wonderful and we would to previous car-buying experiences. We left at the price we wanted to pay and with the car we wanted to have. Frank Lovett was so helpful. Her knew the features of the car and was able to answer all of my questions. He gave me a great deal, but did not pressure me into buying. I tend to keep a car for eight to the car and was able to answer all of my questions. He gave me a great deal, but did not pressure me into buying. I had the BEST experience at Crown Honda with Frank Lovett, Jr.!!! Frank was very friendly, courteous and professional. Frank did NOT pressure me into buying a car, and was able to get financing for Lovett, Jr.!!! Frank was very friendly, courteous and professional. The whole experience was probably the BEST and MOST PLEASANT I've ever had in purchasing a vehicle.
