Your service advisor Edward Segura, went over and beyond to make this service experience the best that it could be. Unfortunately, I had my Palisade in your shop just a week or so earlier for another proble to make this service experience the best that it could be. Unfortunately, I had my Palisade in your shop just a week or so earlier for another problem, so returning a week or so later for a second problem was somewhat annoying. It’s also inconvenient for us to drop a vehicle for service (always takes a few trips and multiple drivers). Max Nieto, was highly knowledgeable about all the products available to purchase. he showed in detail each of the vehicles we looked at and test drove them.
