Great ongoing customer service by salesman Frank DeLuca I just wanted to complement Frank DeLuca for continuing to go the extra mile for a customer to whom he had previously sold a car. I bought a 2016 MB G I just wanted to complement Frank DeLuca for continuing to go the extra mile for a customer to whom he had previously sold a car. I bought a 2016 MB GLC300 from Frank in early 2016 at MB of Fort Myers. Because of the service Frank gave me at the time of sale, I followed him to MB of Bonita Springs where I recently brought my car in for servicing. To my surprise, I was told by the service manager that the car, with only 16,000 miles on it, had 4 Pirelli run flat tires which had worn down and all needed to be replaced. To say the least, I was in shock, not only that the tires had already gone bad, but that replacing them with a mandatory wheel alignment was going to cost me in the neighborhood of $1500.. After leaving the dealership, I called Frank just to vent, but Frank stepped up, interceded with the service department and made recommendations for me. With his help, I was able to get the service done at a more reasonable cost. It's ongoing service by salesman, Frank Deluca that would make me visit MB to purchase my next car. However, I would only fully recommend the service department if they are more competitive price wise with outside service centers who do similar work. More

Working with Frank DeLuca - my best ever new car experience With Frank DeLuca by my side every step of the way, I just traded in my 2016 CLA for a beautiful new 2017 E 300. I found Frank to be extremely persona With Frank DeLuca by my side every step of the way, I just traded in my 2016 CLA for a beautiful new 2017 E 300. I found Frank to be extremely personable, intelligent, totally well informed, clear in every communications, and just a joy to work with. Frank defines the term "Customer Service". He guided me through a dozen different available cars and finance options, for both C Class and E Class vehicles. We worked together by telephone, since I am up north and needed to select a car and close a deal by remote control. Frank recorded and sent videos of each car in which I was considering, along with all purchase VS lease approaches; using my trade-in to secure a financing package best for me. Frank gave me a fair trade-in price for my CLA, no hassle. Once I selected my new car, Frank went to my condo to pick up my CLA; overnighted all paper work flawlessly; closed the deal without a hitch; and then delivered my new E300 to my parking spot at my condo building. He has arranged concierge training for me at the dealership when I get down to Naples so that I can learn about the various features. I urge anyone in the area who wants a very positive experience in securing a great Mercedes deal - - hook up with Frank DeLuca. You will NOT be disappointed More

I took delivery for two days before I had to fly home. My car followed a few days later. I never thought I would be able to afford such a luxurious vehicle. The minute I met Frank I felt like I had known him for years. He showed me that I could actually drive a Benz. I leased a gorgeous 2017 GLC 300 Coupe. It was delivered to my house in CT and Frank was on top of the delivery every minute. There is a reason he has earned those "dogs". I only wish this dealer and Frank were in CT so I could continue to see him when I go for service. I received top notch customer service from every person that I came into contact with at Bonita Springs Mercedes Benz. Thank you for such a great experience. I make up places to go just so I can drive. Be back when my lease is up. More
