Amazing experience Steve was phenomenal. I had called ahead to let him know that I wanted the Camry LE 2019. He had it prepared, I came in, did a test drive, and within Steve was phenomenal. This was my first new car purchase ever and Steve made it seamless. This was by far the best car experience I have ever had anywhere. Steve for the win! Let me start by saying I was at another dealership looking around for a new lease and had a horrific experience. The kind that you see in movies and h Let me start by saying I was at another dealership looking around for a new lease and had a horrific experience. The kind that you see in movies and hear from your coworkers. She started at some ridiculous price then after two trips of her “talking to her manager” she was able to get to the price that was advertised online. My wife and I then frantically started calling friends and family and asking for a referral of someone trustworthy and good at his or her job.... Cut to us meeting Steve at Hamer Toyota. Folks, there is a reason he had been doing this 27 years, and it isn’t because of him “needing to talk to his manager” or any other sleezy sales tactics. We stated what we wanted and after Steve showed us the car he told us that he would get us the best price he could do. He walked us through the breakdown step by step and got us the car for less than I had originally anticipated. I can’t reiterate this enough...Go See Steve! I’m truly thankful for his help with our new car. More

Customer service has gone down hill. One person tells me car has recall notice something for transmission. I call back to make appointment and lady tells me there is no recall on my vehic One person tells me car has recall notice something for transmission. I call back to make appointment and lady tells me there is no recall on my vehicle. Then I get notice in the mail of the recall. Took vehicle in for recall. Efrain leaves without making Uber arrangements to have me picked up when he said he would make them. Said left me a message I had another person say they left me a message there was no message on my phone they made arrangements for the Uber to pick me up. Efrain calls me when almost to dealership saying he clocked out and forgot about me. Why when I have vehicle serviced no one mentions my air filters needing changed or it is not done with the service?? More
