Hello! I'm Ginger, the Customer Service Liaison of Murray Ford of Starke. I was initially disappointed with the details of your review, so I worked to find out what happened since this is not our norm. I discovered that the four tires were not included because instead they gave you $3500 over what your trade in was worth retail which was explained. Your salesman ordered the cup inserts for you the day of closing (July 21st) and in fact paid for them himself. They arrived (July 26th) the day of your above review and you picked them up from him the next day (July 27th). The cup holder inserts are not something dealerships keep a supply of in stock. In regards to the recall, I found out that there are no current recalls on your vehicle and the one that was mentioned by you was already performed in our thorough pre-sale inspection (the month prior to the sale). Our dealership is 100% dedicated to the safety of all drivers and would never sell a vehicle that had Ford recalls issued. I hope that this has reassured you of the quality care we strive to give every customer everyday.

There’s a 1 inch area to the A post where the paint is peeling and they said that it was covered under warranty and they still have yet to fix it. There is also an open recall on the vehicle that they said they fixed but they did not. And I’ve always been the one to get in touch with them.
