Thought they were a reputable dealer, they didn't offer to check the emission light for me without charging. I can go to AutoZone and find out the code for free. Why didn't Carmen offer that? Not happy now and will probably not purchase or recommend Carmen in the future. More

Great experience at Carman Ford Lincoln I recently purchased the new 2015 Lincoln MXC from Carman Ford Lincoln during their Black Friday Thanksgiving Sale. This was my first car buying expe I recently purchased the new 2015 Lincoln MXC from Carman Ford Lincoln during their Black Friday Thanksgiving Sale. This was my first car buying experience and the team at Carman Ford Lincoln could not have made it any better. Prior to driving up to this dealership, I spent several hours at other dealerships being hounded by sales reps who did not know much about the cars they were selling. Lucio, the consultant who took me on the test drive, knew everything about the MXCs and helped recommend what features he thought were/were not necessary. When making my decision to purchase, I felt educated rather than pressured. I also extend many thanks to the folks who stayed almost 2 hours after closing time to help finish the paperwork and give me an orientation lesson on the car’s features (they invited me back for a longer lesson, too, once I’ve had a chance to drive the car for a few days). Couldn’t be happier. More

I can't think of anything else that the folks at Carman Lincoln could have done for us. Their friendliness and individual expertise made the entire process hassle free. They made themselves aware of our situation and what our goals and needs were in going forward. They offered up a deal that far exceeded our best expectations and tailored a deal that fit us perfectly. We were truly amazed at the way they put us into a brand new Lincoln MKC. This is our second Lincoln from Carman and there was a good reason we came back. They can certainly count on future repeat business from us. I would like to specifically acknowledge the folks that made this all possible and a special thank you to them: Doug Walton our salesman, Frank Azan and Todd Brabender who helped get everything done and Bob Hepner in Finance who took care of all the necessary paperwork.
