Hello and thank you for taking time to submit your review. I apologize you did not have a positive shopping experience with us. Most of our clients really enjoy working with Frank and Don. As you mentioned, they receive many positive reviews but NO, we NEVER pay anyone anything in regards to our reviews on DealerRater or anywhere else. Lease payments can take a bit longer to determine versus a finance payment because there are numerous variables and many different leasing programs. But, I agree with you...15 minutes is too long to wait to find out any payment. We work very hard to make sure our pricing is the same on our website, on AutoTrader, Cars.com etc. But, some websites update pricing immediately and some websites take 24 hrs/overnight to update. I don't know if this was the case with the Tahoe price you were quoted or if Frank just made an error. Either way I apologize. I want to thank you again for your comments.
