My sister brought my car in with a flat yesterday, she text me 55 times about how much she loves it there. I tried to get her to leave it and go back for it when it was ready but she wanted to stay- for 4 text me 55 times about how much she loves it there. I tried to get her to leave it and go back for it when it was ready but she wanted to stay- for 4 hours!! After arriving back home she continued to tell me about everyone who works there, how great the client area is, the coffee station etc...she drove me nuts. Needless to say she will be handling all of my service needs- TY! More

I don't like the attitude of the Frank, he was behaving like I was there to service my car free of cost, no welcome, no greeting. He gave me one quote at the beginning which I signed. But at the last when like I was there to service my car free of cost, no welcome, no greeting. He gave me one quote at the beginning which I signed. But at the last when I need to pay he increase price. When I ask why you are charging more he told me my car need more oil. Why this Gentleman did not know my Cars Model? Of course he suppose to know. After that he gave me very bad attitude. When I was leaving I just have to say bye to my friend who also came for service it took only 30sec. I told him hold on, but he gave key to my wife and disappear without saying anything. this is I was not expecting, I was with my wife I felt very bad. Car service video was good and service technician Robert's video was vey polite with greetings. More
