Francisco Arias was a blessing. I had not bought a new car in almost two decades. I live a on the coast and the whole thing was done by telephone. When my 2016 all electric Ford Fo I had not bought a new car in almost two decades. I live a on the coast and the whole thing was done by telephone. When my 2016 all electric Ford Focus arrived Francisco called to tell me he was standing right beside it, can't tell you how reassuring that was. He helped me explore my new adventure in transportation and got me off for the 81 mile trip home with all the information I needed to find a charging station along the way and get my "butterfly's" topped up.
