I am not usually much of a writer to make complaints or to give compliments, but my last experience with Planet Honda, and more so with their Senior Sales Consultant Francis Duah, have motivated me to take to give compliments, but my last experience with Planet Honda, and more so with their Senior Sales Consultant Francis Duah, have motivated me to take the time to do so. I first met Francis back in 2008, when I leased a new Honda CRV from him. I was pleased, even then, with the professionalism, knowledge and proficiency of this salesman. As my lease was coming to an end, I contacted Francis about the possibility of a new car from Planet Honda. Again, he rose to a very professional level, while always making me feel as though I had just contacted an old friend. The problem that we faced was that due to the tsunami that had occurred in Japan, the new 2012 models had been delayed in shipping. He kept in contact with me about the delivery of the new CRV and helped to extend my old lease with Honda Finance, so I did not have difficulties while awaiting the arrival of the new models. What could have been a very bad experience, was made right by the professionalism of Francis Duah, and the rest of his associates at the Planet Honda dealership. As I said, this is my second purchase from this dealership, and I am confident that upon the approach of my new lease end, I will be back having a conversation with not only a wonderful salesman, but with my friend, Francis Duah. I was ripped off in my past experience buying cars. This is the first time I felt so satisfied in every aspect. Francis was actually referred from a close friend of mine and I couldn't be happier. He was patient and did everything he can to get me what I wanted. I am no a easy customer but he still managed to give me the best customer service possible. He was very knowledgeable and made sure to present me all of my options. The overall process was long and hectic but the enviroment and postiive enegery made it even a better experience. In addition, Francis constantly told me that I can call him for any issues/questions and his follow up emails and calls reassured me that I can turn to him if I need any help. I wish there is more great people out there like the staff at Planet Honda. More

The purchase was a 2012 Honda Accord LX Sedan. I have chatted online with one of the managers (Jeremy Jordan) and he made an appointment for me to come in. Once I was at the dealership Jeremy assigned Fr chatted online with one of the managers (Jeremy Jordan) and he made an appointment for me to come in. Once I was at the dealership Jeremy assigned Francis Duah as a salesman to me, saying he's the best at the dealership. He was quite correct. It took less than an hour to get the pricing and everything agreed upon. Francis listened to my concerns with attention and care and helped facilitate the car sale process to the best possible degree. There was no constant back-and-forth with the manager on the price. I told Francis the price, he took it to the manager and they came back and pretty much matched it. Francis was very helpful in answering questions about the car features and his actual delivery of the car was excellent. I would definitely recommend Francis to anyone who wants to purchase a Honda. More
