Fiori met me outside and welcomed me in. The car I came to see wasn't available but showed me another option in a different color. When it came to the negotiation I had to haggle to get to the internet price. This is misleading in the part of the dealership and car buying in general. But Fiori was excellent through out the whole process. He made sure I was comfortable and set up Ford connect on my phone. More
