Entire staff was friendly and informative about a used pro4x that i had just wanted to test drive. The car was priced well below blue book and had a CPO states so i ended up buying that day , I would recommend this dealership and the salesman at 100% efficient. Mr Baker should be pleased. More

Everyone at the dealership was friendly, and each person we had contact with throughout our process was courteous and professional, but Terry made me comfortable and made me feel important. These items are important when making such a large purchase. There was nothing intimidating about the experience. It truly was the best car buying experience ever and I can only sing their praises. ...classy folks! More

Service of my Munro When I first arrive to service department Barry was their to greet me with a warm and friendly smile. I told him I was here to get my first initial oi When I first arrive to service department Barry was their to greet me with a warm and friendly smile. I told him I was here to get my first initial oil change since my purchased last October. He asked for my key and immediately went out to read my milage and a few other things. Although Nissan offers a courtesy car wash I didn't know at the time, I wasn't in the need of one I told they left to much water on my car and my tires weren't armor oil down. Barry saw the spots and immediately took my car back and had them to read wipe down my car and put some armor oil on my tires. The overall service of my car was Awesome and I thank Barry T. For being a great service advisor. More

TERRIBLE/GREAT Picked out a Pathfinder, they were willing to work with us, we made a deal, paperwork was signed. They offered me a rental to have leather put in the vehicle and to resolve the radio issue. ***Radio issue: Sales MANAGER promised all the vehicles have Bluetooth audio, we didn't find out that it does not have Bluetooth audio until AFTER paperwork was signed. He promised to fix the issue.*** I've spent more time in a rental than in my new vehicle I bought over a week ago. I've been promised the vehicle will be ready for pick up on several occasions by the sales manager Todd Bates doesn't return calls, doesn't know about the vehicles, promises the world when he can barely give a handshake. I wouldn't let them sell my worst enemy a vehicle. John Hill, nice guy, decent knowledge about the vehicles (I guess). Only heard from him because there was a discrepancy in the payoff amount on our trade-in and he wanted me to pay it. The delivery services personnel, Haley is AMAZING!!!! She has been our main contact on all things about the vehicle. She is keeping a fire lit under Todd and letting other management know what is going on. Finance guy Felipe was AMAZING!!! More

First pleasant dealership experience We first went to Baker Nissan in early December to test drive a Nissan Murano. The first salesman we spoke with, Patrick, was very knowledgeable and s We first went to Baker Nissan in early December to test drive a Nissan Murano. The first salesman we spoke with, Patrick, was very knowledgeable and seemed truly interested in answering all of our questions to the best of his ability. He wasn't pushy or intrusive, it felt as though he wanted to help us further our research process. We did not have plans to purchase a vehicle that day but at least 2 managers came by Patrick's desk while we spoke to say hello and introduce themselves. We went back to Baker Nissan on January 1st after we had narrowed our decision and done our due diligence with the intent to see what kind of pricing/deal we could get on the Murano. Patrick was no longer with Baker Nissan, and Drew Perry had called me previously to follow up so we began talking with him. Drew was very good at putting us at ease and making us feel as though he was trying to get us into the car we wanted while getting the best deal possible. We felt as though he and Amanda (sales manager) were working very hard to get us what we wanted for the price we wanted to pay. Felipe (financing) was also very knowledgeable and patient with us. After we purchased the car, Gayla went over everything the car offers and was efficient in explaining everything from the owners manual to the various features. Our only complaint is that the process takes so long, but that's a universal grievance no matter the dealership. Overall, everyone we interacted with during our sales/purchase experience was helpful and friendly, and we felt as though each department was genuinely working as hard as they could to get us an amazing deal. We are happy with our experience and should we decide to purchase another Nissan in the future, we will definitely return to this location. More
