After the sale, they worked to ensure all service upgrades were provided in a timely and thorough manner. Farid, Tristan and James work very long hours - the reason I know this is because I went in when they opened in the morning, left for the majority of the day and finalized the sale prior to close - they were all still there - all still smiling.
