Run, do not walk away from this dealership. I absolutely LOVE my new vehicle that I purchase from Brandon Hyundai, but the experience I had with everyone with the exception of Nathan, my sales I absolutely LOVE my new vehicle that I purchase from Brandon Hyundai, but the experience I had with everyone with the exception of Nathan, my salesperson was absolutely horrible. The initial experience was pretty good. Nathan did a great job or getting me to the point of negotiation, and Mohammad was a nice person, and eventually we did come to an agreement on price, but only after I attempted to walk away from the sale and head to a different dealership. That the the decent part of my experience, but the rest of my experience was a nightmare, even to the point where Felica told me that I lied to her, and when I asked for proof of it, she could not present any. That was because I never stated what she told me I stated. This dealership is VERY high pressure, and I am sure they scam a lot of people in the process, but I was not going to be one of them. They try to tack on The Brandon Hyundai Advantage.. a package of services that costs almost two grand. Many of the items they add already come WITH the vehicle purchase. You get two free oil changes… well you get THREE years of scheduled maintenance from Hyundai. They offer roadside assistance, but once again that comes WITH the purchase of a Hyundai. The rest of the package is protection crap that you can get aftermarket for a LOT cheaper. I did not want the package, and that is almost what caused me to walk out. Be prepare to be HOUNDED to finance your purchase. I had NO intention of financing as I have the cash to pay for the vehicle…. Leo pushed hard three or four times, and when I would not budge, his “friendly’ demeanor was over. He became cold and nasty. Would barely speak to me, and literally slide the digital pen across the screen to me so I could sign my paperwork. He flew through the process. Then came the VERY hard sell for the extended warranty, which I did not want. He was angry that I refused to buy even the lowest package. After completing the paperwork, I made it clear that I would need a week to transfer the money into my account, and have my father write me a check. They told me I would still be driving my new car home that night. I was not comfortable with this, but they gave me a form stating that I had insurance on the vehicle, and I had permission to have it. Now mind you, I told them the process would take me roughly a week. The next DAY, Nathan sent me an email asking me when I would be bringing the check by. I told him that I had told Leo as well as Mohammad that it would be the next week. I told him they stated they had no problem with it, and I offered to bring the new car back and drive my trade in until the check came in. He replied that was not necessary. I thought all was OK, but alas, nope. The next day, Felica called me and asked me when I was bringing the check in. I once again told her what was going on and that I would gladly bring the car back. She said that was not necessary, that they had my trade in, and that they wouldn’t “call the police on me… YET.” If that was meant to be humorous, I did not find it funny at all, as I told her I was not comfortable driving a car that I had not fully paid for yet… this was on a Friday. Monday, the check came in, and I emailed Nathan and told him so. He email me back, and asked when I could come in. I had to work Tuesday, and asked him in Wednesday at ten was ok, as I had that day off. He said that was fine. I went in on Wednesday at ten, and had to deal with Mr. Personality, Leo. I handed him the check that my father had wrote to the dealership, and he stated that I was told I would need to bring in a Cashiers Check. I was NEVER told that, and I had even told Felica that it was a check written by my father to the dealership. She called me a liar, and told me that she records all phone calls, and could prove that I said it. I told her to please do so. She could not provide proof. I refuse to go back. More

My wife and I took a vehicle on a test drive withAJ and he did nothing to help us with the vehicle. We asked a simple question and he didn’t know the answer so he sat on his phone in the back seat looking he did nothing to help us with the vehicle. We asked a simple question and he didn’t know the answer so he sat on his phone in the back seat looking into his phone for a good part of the ride for the answer instead of focusing on us or the other options the vehicle had to offer. When we got back to the dealer he gave us a price and that was that. When I tried to negotiate the numbers his answer was “that is the price! You can shop around at other dealers and if you find a better deal you can bring me that deal and I will beat it”. This left a real bad taste in my mouth!! The next day Falica contacted me and I gave her the story and she asked me to come back to make it right. I was extremely hesitant to come back but I gave her a chance. We sat with Falica and she apologized for the experience we had and paired us up with Darryl. Darryl took his time trying to get to know us and what our needs were instead of throwing vehicles at us. He did the legwork that AJ didn’t want to do. Darryl was more concerned for us on the financial side as opposed to just making a sale. He presented us with vehicle options but wouldn’t allow us to test drive anything until the finance side was in order. This showed he cared more about us and not “just another sale”. We finally test drove a vehicle with him and we were please with how he presented it. First off, he sat in the passenger side so he can clearly explain with the vehicles options and features were. This didn’t happen the day before. He then gave his opinion on certain options the were a “need” vs “want”. That helped us put things into a better perspective. When we were done with the test drive he asked for our honest opinion and he actually wanted it. By the end of the night we were heading home in a new vehicle and not only were we happy with it, we were more happy with the experience that Darryl gave us. I will say that a few days later we noticed that AJ was on the paperwork and we were fuming. In our eyes Darryl was the one who deserved the full commission. AJ did nothing but push us away! I am glad that we were able to meet Falica and Darryl and have the experience we did with the two of them. At the end of it all it’s the experience and the customer support that brings clients back and I am a firm believer of this! More

We were able to negotiate the deal via text and a phone call. That was awesome. When we arrived we were created by our salesman, took the truck for a test drive and were ready to complete the paperwork. call. That was awesome. The finance guy was very friendly but on par with every finance guy I have ever dealt with tried to stick us with a higher interest rate then I told him I could get and tried to add extended warranty. This became apparent when he calculated the payment. Had to ask him to fox both. He was still quite pleasant. Overall a great experience. More
