This was the nicest experience I have ever had purchasing a car. First of all I did not have salesmen coming at me like vultures when I arrived. The person that did greet me and showed me several vehicles a car. First of all I did not have salesmen coming at me like vultures when I arrived. The person that did greet me and showed me several vehicles was not at all pushy. Allowing me the opportunity to make my own decisions. Faith was her name and by the time I purchased my vehicle I felt as though I had made a friend. Faith was so positive and up beat willing to help me in any way. This is the way it should be. I will definitely come back to Paramount in the future. Faith told me she was new at selling but I am sure she will be very successful. I got a great deal and love my car. More

After a couple of weeks of searching, we finally landed on a purchasing a vehicle from Paramount Kia. We got an amazing deal but ultimately, it was the salespeople that made us decide to stay with Paramoun on a purchasing a vehicle from Paramount Kia. We got an amazing deal but ultimately, it was the salespeople that made us decide to stay with Paramount. We live a couple of hours away from Asheville and during a recent trip, we stopped by the dealership to just check some cars out and that's where we met Faith! She was absolutely phenomenal and took us through all of the nuances of buying this new model. The great thing was that she wasn't pushing a new car on us, just providing us with options. We decided not to purchase that day, however, I stayed in touch with Faith to let her know that I was interested in a car and she stayed true to her word in updating me when similar cars came in. I looked at dealerships in my hometown but we made the trek back because we valued the customer service provided by the Paramount family! The day we came Faith was helping another customer so she introduced us to Alexa who was just as amazing! Alexa was warm, friendly, and provided us with just as much guidance! We walked away with a car that day that we could have gotten anywhere but the customer service was absolutely top notch so THANK YOU FAITH AND ALEXA!!!! More
