Love the sales department. Bought an entire vehicle there. Went in to redeem my free oil change & when the service adviser came and rattled off quickly what else I needed done Bought an entire vehicle there. Went in to redeem my free oil change & when the service adviser came and rattled off quickly what else I needed done and quoted me $1600 then said “want me to start now” I declined and because I wasn’t getting the work done there and then he wouldn’t give me the diagnosis of what was wrong with the vehicle I BOUGHT FROM THEM LEAS THAN A YEAR AGO. Patriot called an corrected the service adviser mistake and made things right in less than 3 minutes! That was my only complaint and they corrected it. Back to 5 stars More

The buying experience with her was perfect. it was just a little disappointing that we left with zero paperwork not knowing anything other than how much the car payment was in the interest-rate. Nothing to break down the starting price of the car if we got anything for the trade-in at all was told that since it’s a lot of paperwork in the end of the night making copies would take a really long time and he needed to get home. We could just come back up and get paperwork or he would have it brought to us. That was on a Friday it’s Tuesday. I still have nothing. I know Sundays don’t count because the dealership is closed but would love to see the final breakdown in all the other paperwork that was signed. other than that little hiccup. More

Salesman setup a time to meet. Upon arrival he passed us off to another person, then car initially couldn't be found/identified, and when located the car had dead battery. Bought a used truck that was used as a demo by one of the sales managers. The vehicle has multiple issues that was evident upon test driving. The sales manager must have known the issues existed but didn’t s sales managers. The vehicle has multiple issues that was evident upon test driving. Felt like it was a situation that they would sell as is without telling me anything and they wanted to see if they could just sell the vehicle and saddle me with the problems. It did not happen that way and they had to send the vehicle to another dealership to get expertise on this high end truck, Was left waiting on the finance guy to arrive for about 2 hours with no one telling me what was going on or what was happening to the vehicle. Extremely frustrating overall. Would not recommend this company to any one. I don’t suppose they will let this review go on to the website for others to see. Caveat Emptor …. More
