Stay away!!!! My family has purchased over 20 MB vehicles in the last 15 years and we have never had a more horrific experience. Once you take the car they could care less about you as a customer. The GM (Fahad) of the dealership hung up on me while trying to get the second key to the car that they couldn’t find. They pass the blame around and nobody is on the same page. Unbelievable More

Exceptional service and help this is my second car from the Herb Chambers family, the first one being a BMW from HC Sudbury - and i couldn't have been happier! from the beginning, this is my second car from the Herb Chambers family, the first one being a BMW from HC Sudbury - and i couldn't have been happier! from the beginning, Saena and Danny gave me the time and space to explore not just the car, but the maintenance, warranty and trade-in options. I must admit I'm not the easiest to deal with when buying a car, but the whole crew was nothing but patient and helpful. Both Saena and Samantha went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. I'd be remiss if i didn't acknowledge the team members that helped me - starting with the ladies who answer the phone (Sharon, I think) , to Manny and Jim for the sales closing - and a special shout out to the GM Fahad, who runs this place like clockwork. More
