I had the pleasure of meeting Charles Scrymgeour for the first time in 2016 when looking to lease my daughter's first vehicle. We came in for routine vehicle maintenance for her vehicle and each time made it a point to stop at Charles desk to say hello, where he would always greet us with the biggest, most welcoming smile on his face. My daughter maintained her vehicle throughout the lease, and three years later, we came right back to Charles. We signed another lease with him, and just like before, he helped us make the right choice and ensured to deliver only the best for my daughter. I witnessed firsthand just how professional the team at Mercedes-Benz of Natick can be, and when it came time to look for a car myself, I knew exactly where to go. Charles made me so comfortable throughout the whole process that I went into the dealership looking for a lease and ended up leaving with my first Mercedes-Benz purchase. I explained to Charles what I was looking for in a car and he listened to me. I wanted something with easy to get in to and out of, no road noise, smooth ride, and some performance to get on the highway and he listened to me. I wanted something with easy to get in to and out of, no road noise, smooth ride, and some performance to get on the highway and punch it to get passed all the trafic and then cruize with the traffic. He suggested I test out a GLE 450. Well, he russelled one up and away we went. I fell in love again. This car is fantastic!! It had everything on my list. Even though I did not purchase a car from Mercedes of Natick, I did purchase that same GLE 450 in another color. As a direct resut of Charles patiently listeing to me and professionally and expertly convincing me the GLE 450 was the car for me, I have never been happier with a car. If you are seeking the proper car for you or your family, there is no reason to speak with any other Mercedes Benz dearlershiop customer care person than Charles Scrymgeour. When buying a luxury vehicle, there’s an expectation of great customer service. I have to say that Charles Scrymgeour and Jonny T Pham seriously went above and beyond at making my experience perfect. I am great customer service. I have to say that Charles Scrymgeour and Jonny T Pham seriously went above and beyond at making my experience perfect. I am a returning customer, having driven a leased vehicle for the last year a half, and loving so much of what Mercedes has to offer, Charles was an amazing asset in making sure that upgrading to a larger vehicle was going to fit all my needs for both my personal and business use. Charles was so Personable, available and willing to listen to all my plans and needs to make sure I ended up with the correct car, and best price. We really appreciated being able to bond with Charles over the mutual love for pets, and I felt like he truly had our dogs in mind with us as we thought about the amount of space needed for them in a new vehicle. When it came time to pick up the vehicle, Jonny and Charles make a perfect team for giving a crash course in everything there is to know about a car with so much technology. This much new information, not only for myself but for my parents who were present, can be so so daunting and overstimulating. But not when Jonny is the instructor. He makes everything so simple, and is incredibly patient for those of us who are little technologically inept. I remembered working with Jonny with my last vehicle, and again, he WOWS at everything he does. He paid attention to so many details of the buying/pick up experience. He noticed my purple accessories I was wearing, and set the color of the interior LEDS to purple for me. He took the time to take amazing photos of myself and my family with the new car, including a great video. And, with my fear of damaging screens, he took the time to precisely, perfectly install a screen protector on the huge dash screen that extends from driver to passenger side of my GLE 350. I do live about 2 hours away from this location, and while there are a couple closer locations, I need to say that Jonny and Charles are worth making the trip to be greeted with familiar smiles, and people who care. More
