I don’t say anything of this lightly. It is rare. They are rare. I would send my family to this dealership to work specifically with Eylem. Frank (the manager) was also lovely and real, same for Bryan. I spent 6+ months looking for a specific vehicle and a dealership that was honest. We found all of that here. Could not be happier. 1.Eylem & Frank were honest, patient, & knowledgeable. 2. I was allowed to drive the car to my house to make sure it fit into my garage. 3. The receptionist and the man who drives the vehicles were friendly, encouraging and helpful with information regarding the purchase I made. 5. I’ve visited Cadillac, Volvo, BMW, Genesis, infinity and Lexus dealers. None of these dealerships demonstrated the core values that I expect. The only dealership I would recommend to my friends is the Carman Ford Lincoln dealership onRoute13 in Delaware. OUTSTANDING More
