I requested a free oil change. Was charged without prior approval. Service department tried to blame on new employee. I feel that service department did not provide adequate traini Was charged without prior approval. Service department tried to blame on new employee. I feel that service department did not provide adequate training or backup. I had a previous free oil change. Oil changes were agreement when purchasing from Marc Motors. I understand not providing service from other dealer but should have been notified prior to work being accomplished. I will not be doing business with Ket CDJ of Rochester again. I was pleased with my interaction with Jennifer Dube but feel that Key CDJ failed both of us. More

Although everyone there is very pleasant, some of the work that I thought could’ve been done was not completed this day. I know that I am not a technician and that perhaps better explanation to the cust work that I thought could’ve been done was not completed this day. I know that I am not a technician and that perhaps better explanation to the customers as to why certain work could not have been completed could’ve made my Visit a little better. I was disappointed to find out that my vehicle had some very minor damage that occurred to it during the servicing, and I was not informed of it, however, found it on my own after I had left my visit. I did call to ask why I was not told and I was not given any valid reason. I was able to replace the minor damaged parts on my own. I always enjoy coming to this dealer and I appreciate all of the hard work from all of the individuals there . Communication is key to success and I think if the communication could be a little bit improved, this would be a five star rating. Thank you. More
